The mission of the Smartec Group is to be one of the nation’s leading providers of installation, maintenance and consultancy services. Using our portfolio of combined 40+ years industry experience differentiates our content, services and consumer products, we pursue to continue to develop the most creative, innovative workforce management experiences and related products.
We have an intimate understanding of customer service needs and the experience to deliver on scalable projects in many facets not limited to; high volume ticket of work (TOW) management, telecommunications, logistics, fibre, electrical, commercial infrastructure, IoT and consultancy. We have the scalable capability, we are agile and have a can do approach with on the day customer on time delivery.
VISION STATEMENT
The Mission Statement and the Vision Statement of a company work together. The vision provides the company with a plan for the future while the mission statement outlines the company’s current business and purpose. Smartec’s mission statement is the defining role for the company’s current business and purpose and an effective vision statement should align with venture growth of a company as measured by sales, profit, employment, and net worth.
A company’s Vision Statement defines an organization’s future goals. Smartec Group founders Brendan Foley and Barbra Godfrey emphasize the importance of a company having a “well-conceived, forcefully communicated strategic vision and the Smartec Group’s Company’s vision fulfils that role.
