Brendan has over 20 years executive industry experience spanning a number of various roles, growing his previous company from a small technical services business to a tier one Telecommunications contracting solutions business.

During his career, Brendan has cultivated lasting relationships with the largest telecommunication companies in Australia. Leading by example Brendan is committed to the safety and wellbeing of his people, he embraces a culture of teamwork and respect.

Brendan is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a current Board member of the telecommunication industry association ADTIA (Australian Digital Television Industry Association) since his appointment in 2010.

Barbra is a dynamic and experienced senior executive with over 17 years’ industry experience and a proven track record of delivering large telecommunications infrastructure projects. A strong leader who adapts to both small and large workforce environments, Barbra manages multiple simultaneous projects - on time and within budget. (~1,000 contracting companies) + an internal field employee workforce of ~100 and ~300+ direct office & field management based employees.

Housing extensive experience in management, planning and commissioning of substantial telecommunication projects. Highly skilled in rapidly absorbing large numbers of personnel into the workforce and moulding them into a large result, effective and client focused team. 

Doing all this, effectively achieving strong client and stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills whilst building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Barbra’s skill set has always been focused on continuous business improvements, delivery of quality outcomes, adherence to quality standards and compliance with Occupational Health & Safety at the forefront of all aspects. A leader who works from the guiding principle of ‘lean management’, she encourages a strong culture of collaborative continuous improvement, whilst driving supply chain enhancements through joint improvement teams, creating and executing initiatives that increase productivity, quality, customer advocacy, cycle time and on time delivery – ultimately achieving cost reductions.
